WHAT IS A SERVICE PASS?
Service Pass is prepaid credit toward eligible Stick Docs ski and snowboard services. Choose $150, $300 or $500 in credit and receive 25% Service Pass pricing on qualifying services until your available credit is exhausted.
HOW DOES MY REMAINING CREDIT WORK?
An eligible service receives 25% Service Pass pricing when your available Service Pass balance is sufficient to fully cover that service at the discounted price.
If your remaining balance is not sufficient to fully cover the next service at Service Pass pricing, the remaining credit will be applied toward that service at its regular price.
HOW DOES COMPLIMENTARY PICKUP & DELIVERY WORK?
Pickup & delivery is complimentary when an order contains at least one service fully covered by your Service Pass at the discounted price.
Once your remaining Service Pass balance can no longer fully cover an eligible service at the discounted price, the standard $10 pickup & delivery fee applies.
Pickup & delivery is available within the Stick Docs service area. Customers outside the service area may use their Service Pass in person at our Burbank shop or drop-off location at Home Mountain Ski Club.
CAN I ADD CREDIT TO MY SERVICE PASS LATER?
Service Passes are available for purchase for a limited time during pre-season. Once you exhaust your credits, no more credits can be added. Make sure to choose the amount that meets your needs to enjoy 25% off tune-ups all season long.
CAN I ROLL OVER MY UNUSED CREDITS TO NEXT SEASON?
Service Pass credits and benefits are valid through June 1, 2027 and DO NOT roll over to the next season. Please plan to use your available balance before the expiration date.
